Burr Fancher - Burr Fancher's 80th Birthday Party

Burr, nephews, kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, along with former colleagues, neghbors and old-time friends, celebrate his 80th birthday at the Phoenix Inn in Albany, Oregon on January 16, 2007. Burr is holding great-grandson Quinn, a future advocate for federal stewardship.
