Christopher "Kit" Carson Fancher
MOUNTAIN MEADOWS MASSACRE SURVIVOR
DID BRIGHAM YOUNG ORDER THE 1857 MOUNTAIN MEADOWS MASSACRE?
"Kit" Carson Fancher was the youngest son of Alexander Fancher the Captain of the wagon train and was 5 years old at the time of the massacre. He lived to the age of 21 years.

There is no documented proof of SUICIDE by Christopher "Kit" Carson Fancher as claimed by the article on the BCHRS web site. SUICIDE as the cause of death was at one time also listed on the MOUNTAIN MEADOWS ASSOCIATION web site with no documentation to back it up.
If suicide cannot be proven it is never listed as a cause of death. Any documented proof of the suicide claim is welcomed and will be posted by this webmaster.
