The Rock Cairn at Mountain Meadows with the Christian Cross I placed on the Mormon built Rock Cairn. This is the way it should look less the sign that should be added. The sign placed on the cross by the US Army in 1859 read "Vengeance is mine Saith the Lord and I will repay".
Brigham Young tore down the Christian Cross and the Rock Cairn in 1860.
