Scott Fancher is one of my Arkansas cousins and is an attorney in Bella Springs, Arkansas. Scott is a committee chair for the Mountain Meadows Monument Foundation, and is our lead negotiator with the LDS Church. Scott has blood ties to over 20+ members of the Fancher wagon train.
