ROBERT WILEY, a MORMON SHOOTER AND CLUBBER, in Company E, Third Platoon, Cedar City, Iron County Militia; born on November 22, 1809 in York, Yorkshire, England.
According to Samuel Pollock and John D. Lee , Wiley was at Mountain Meadows and attended the military council on Thursday, September 10, at Jacob Hamblin's ranch.
